AA motorcycle shipping exceeded my expectations as they delivered my motorcycle. Booking through their website is seamless. I was shipping from San Diego to San Jose and on the website it gave a general estimate of 5-10 business days for delivery after pick up. Andy who picked my motorcycle called me and checked with me about picking up the motorcycle on the day of pick up. I couldn't pick up the call so he promptly called the receiver and checked with him and shared his plans to deliver the motorcycle. Later I called andy again got in touch with him. He is a great professional. He took pics and videos of the motorcycle to make sure he documents any scratches, marks on the vehicle. He said he'll get it delivered THE VERY NEXT DAY! A pleasant surprise to see such promptness in delivery. He also looked up the drop off point on Google maps (street view). So 10/10 for doing his homework about this assignment haha.

I shipped my 2009 Triumph America from Maryland to New Mexico on 9/12/24 and it Arrived on 9/23/24. The whole process was easy and stress free. I dropped my bike off at the Laurel, MD facility, rode it on to a pallet and they did a great job tying the bike down and facilitating the paper work. Extremely easy experience working with AA, payed for it, had my cousin drop bike off at Charlotte, NC TERMINAL, and the guys there professionally palletized my bike. Received the bike a couple weeks later in California. AA even delivered the bike to my place way out in the country. Bike was untouched and I had my buddy pick bike up and ride it to my place. Great experience. Would use AA again most definitely. Bike was also easy to track. This was a long haul that went perfect. Thanks again!

Totally hassle-free moving. I moved my bike from San Francisco to New York and came right on time, delivered first thing in the morning (a week after handing over to them). Handoff was quick, they were very accomodating to move to my location as my bike couldn't start as battery was dead.Great service and quote was reasonable too

Very happy with the experience and now wish they did cars! Having never shipped a motorcycle (or any vehicle) I was not sure what to expect shipping from CA to WA. When I scheduled I did not realize that I the day I selected, was the start of a pick up window. I was worried that my son,the owner of the motorcycle, was not going to be here and I have no ability to move the bike. I was assured that as long as the driver could get to the bike it would be fine and it was. They came exactly when they said they would, carefully loaded the bike and once in WA, the drop off was just as hassle free. Everyone I was in contact with was fantastic.

Once the seller and I settled the pickup window, these folks loaded my sidecar rig the very next day, and delivered it 750 miles just 24 hours later! The process was smooth and professional. Communication by the office staff and the driver was excellent.

My experience using AA Motorcycle Shippers has been excllent. I used them 4 months ago for one bike NYC to Florida. And just last week a second motorcycle NYC to Wisconsin. Never bought a motorcycle out of state before, so i was very apprehensive. I was quoted slightly cheaper by another company but they were 8-10 weeks out. After looking at reviews and calling around, I decided to book with AA. They had the bike to me, enclosed with some other cool vehicles in 3 days. Thanks!

I cannot give higher accolades for the service provided in shipping my motorcycle. At both ends, the drivers were prompt, courteous, and treated my bike like it was one of theirs. Both the pick-up and delivery were within the specified window and the bike was secured to a pallet with only a bit of dust on it, which is to be expected from a cross country transport. Please rest assured that when you ship your motorcycle with AA it’s in good hands.

Purchased a "new to me" motorcycle out of state and was able to find AA Motorcycle by Google search. Their instant quote was accurate and easy to purchase. I appreciated the ability to track online, and their "chat" feature allowed for instant updates. My only gripe is that when the bike switched freight providers the tracking didn't update. Bike arrived within the window promised and on a pallet as requested with no noticable damage.

The quote is "actually" instant. I looked at other shipping sites that read get an instant quote and then have to provide a phone number or an email address. To me that is not instant and dishonest right from the start. I appreciate the integrity of this company.
